The hotel lobby was conceived around quiet integration of the pendant lamp embedded into the architecture rather than added as accessories.
Soft, minimal lighting carries warmth through clean lines and restrained materials. The intention was to create an arrival that feels composed and effortless, never theatrical.
№ 1 VD Studio// Blossholm
This project explores contrast through restraint. A large-scale painting anchors the architecture, its horizon-like composition introducing softness to the structured moulding and clean lines of the room.To the side, a table lamp adds weight and warmth a quiet counterpoint to the otherwise airy. Client exploration of materials and shapes of lamps.

In the bedroom, the paint becomes the focal point. Structured and architectural, it defines the room’s character before anything else. Soft bedding introduces contrast, comfort against control, allowing the space to feel balanced rather than austere.
